The squirrel thing blew chunks. The squirrel's name was Randy2. (don't forget the 2!!)
I shall take the well-written thing at your word. Arguments over paragraph placement suck chunks.
What's wrong with the Squirrel thing below. A well written and heart felt plea for a moment of sanety in this crazy world. I too like squirrels, and have even had the nick-name of Tufty Squirrel (although outside of the UK, I doubt if anyone has heard of poor Tufty the Road safety Squirrel)
Is there a Prisoner's Dilemma situation here - what if only one of you succeeds? Does that make you better or worse off than if you both succeed or both fail? This is important to understand.
Through early morning fog I see,
Visions of the things to be,
The pains that are withheld for me,
I realize and I can see...
That suicide is painless.
It brings on many changes.
And I can take or leave it if I please.
I try to find a way to make,
All our little joys relate,
Without that ever-present hate,
But now I know that it's too late, and...
The game of life is hard to play,
I'm gonna lose it anyway.
The losing card I'll someday lay,
So this is all I have to say.
The only way to win is cheat,
And lay it down before I'm beat,
And to another give my seat,
For that's the only painless feat.
The sword of time will pierce our skins.
It doesn't hurt when it begins.
But as it works its way on in,
The pain grows stronger...watch it grin, but...
A brave man once requested me,
to answer questions that are key.
Is it to be or not to be?
And I replied 'Oh why ask me?'
We need you lina! What would we do without you? What about Martin the squirrel? What will he have to do to meet chicks? If you don't feed him, he'll have to earn money anyway he can, proberbly resorting to a life of crime or even the underground squirrel sex trade.
Just a few years from now, strung out on drugs and Suffering from STD's he'll return to the place you first met and cry him self to a final sleep.

Suicide is Painless
Through early morning fog I see,
Visions of the things to be,
The pains that are withheld for me,
I realize and I can see...
That suicide is painless.
It brings on many changes.
And I can take or leave it if I please.
I try to find a way to make,
All our little joys relate,
Without that ever-present hate,
But now I know that it's too late, and...
The game of life is hard to play,
I'm gonna lose it anyway.
The losing card I'll someday lay,
So this is all I have to say.
The only way to win is cheat,
And lay it down before I'm beat,
And to another give my seat,
For that's the only painless feat.
The sword of time will pierce our skins.
It doesn't hurt when it begins.
But as it works its way on in,
The pain grows stronger...watch it grin, but...
A brave man once requested me,
to answer questions that are key.
Is it to be or not to be?
And I replied 'Oh why ask me?'
'Cause suicide is painless.
It brings on many changes.
And I can take or leave it if I please.
...And you can do the same thing if you choose.
Michael | October 6, 2002 2:59 PMThat was SO my idea.
The killing yourself thing. Not the squirrel thing below.
